Real-life Examples

In this series of case studies some of our Principal Investigators share their experiences of managing postdocs and supporting them as they develop their careers.

The case studies provide insights into the benefits of collaboration and how this can be used to positively impact postdoc career development as well balancing the demands of delivering a project and developing postdocs.

We will be growing this library of case studies and are keen to extend it so that it becomes more diverse and showcases the variety of voices and experiences present within the academic community. Please get in touch if you would like to share your experiences.
