Informal focus group with cohort postdocs

We outline how we organised and ran an informal focus group at the approximate mid-point of our six-month long cohort. We present the responses and summarise the actions we plan to take forward. We specify how we'd improve running an informal focus group in the future and how we'll act on the feedback to improve the next cohort.
